Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you, the salon or business using Salon Concierge (“you,” “the salon”), and Sub Concierge LLC (“we,” “us”), which operates Salon Concierge. By using this website or the service, you agree to these Terms. A separate written order or agreement with us may add to or change them for your salon; where they conflict, that agreement controls.
1. The service
Salon Concierge is a text-message assistant that we configure and operate for your salon. It replies to customer messages sent to your salon’s phone number, offers and books appointments on a calendar you control, sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, keeps a record of customer preferences for your salon, and refers questions it should not answer to you. The exact features and options configured for your salon are described during setup; optional features are part of the service once we turn them on for your salon.
2. Your number, your account, your customers
The service operates on a phone number, messaging account, and calendar that belong to you. You authorize us to send and receive messages on that number and to read and change that calendar for the purpose of providing the service. You remain the business your customers are communicating with, and you are responsible for the services you provide them, your prices, your policies, and honoring the appointments the assistant books according to the rules you set.
You are responsible for having the right to text your customers and for honoring any request from a customer to stop. We will help you by turning off messages to any customer on request.
3. Setup and supervision
You agree to provide accurate information about your services, prices, durations, hours, staff, and policies, and to tell us when they change. The assistant answers from that information and replies on its own within the rules you set, under your supervision. You can see every conversation, correct the assistant, change the rules, ask us to switch it to draft-approval mode, or pause the service at any time.
4. What the assistant will not do
The assistant does not process payments, issue refunds, waive or assess fees, or make promises about money. It states your policies and refers money matters to you. It does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. It does not guarantee that any appointment will be kept by a customer or that any revenue will result.
5. Fees
Fees, billing period, and any trial are set out in your order or agreement with us. Fees are billed in advance for each period and are non-refundable except as stated in that agreement or required by law. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. We may change fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to harass anyone, to collect information you have no right to collect, or in violation of any law or carrier rule. We may suspend the service to prevent misuse or harm, and will tell you why.
7. Information
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. Your customers’ information remains yours. We use it only to provide the service to you and delete it when you stop using the service, as described there.
8. Availability
The service depends on your phone, your internet connection, Apple’s and Google’s services, carriers, and AI model providers. We work to keep it running and to tell you promptly when it is not, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered by a carrier or provider.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The assistant is automated and may occasionally make a mistake; you agree to review its work during the review period and to tell us about any error so we can correct it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Concierge, Sub Concierge LLC, and our owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost appointments, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Salon Concierge, Sub Concierge LLC, and our owners, officers, employees, and contractors against claims arising from your services to your customers, your policies, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.
12. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, you and Sub Concierge LLC agree to resolve any dispute by binding individual arbitration in San Diego County, California, and waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in San Diego County.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new date above; material changes will be sent to the email on your account. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: richard@getsalonconcierge.com.
