How it works
From a customer’s text to a confirmed appointment, without anyone putting down a file.
Here is the whole loop, including the parts that matter most to an owner: what happens when you want to step in, and what happens when it should not answer.
How it works
Set up once. Answered every day.
- 1
Teach it your salon
One sitting with you: services, durations, prices, hours, who does what, your policies, and how you like to talk to customers. We set it up; you don’t touch software.
If you have past texts with customers, we learn your voice from them. If you keep a Google Calendar, we connect it. If you book on paper, we start one for you, one calendar per technician.
- 2
Customers text like they always have
Same number, same Messages app on their phone. iMessage where supported, regular texts otherwise. Nothing to download, no link to tap.
Because it is your number and your account, you see every conversation in Messages on your own iPhone, as it happens.
- 3
It answers and books
It checks real openings, offers two or three, books on a yes, and confirms in one short message. Prices come straight from your menu, the same every time.
It never claims an opening it has not checked and never says “booked” until the calendar says so. Reminders go out the day before, and a thank-you the day after.
- 4
You stay in charge
It goes live right away under your supervision and learns from you. Tell it what you would have said and it adjusts. Jump into any thread yourself any time; it steps aside and picks back up.
Most salons have it dialed in within a day or two, and it keeps improving with your guidance. Money, complaints, and anything unusual come to you with a warm acknowledgment already sent to the customer. You get a short summary every evening.
Ana · Gel full set
Walk-in · Gel mani
Jess · Gel manicure
OPI Bubble Bath
Kim · Dip
Rosa · Gel pedi
Tara · Dip
Jess · Pedicure
Leah · Full set
Pat · Classic pedi
Nina · Gel pedi

Google Calendar
Real openings. Right tech. Right length.
One calendar per technician. The assistant knows a gel manicure takes 45 minutes and a full set takes 75, who does full sets and who doesn’t, and that a manicure and pedicure can run side by side. It offers only what is actually open, then books it.
- Reschedules and cancellations handled in the same conversation.
- Nothing changes on the calendar until the customer says yes.
- Every change is verified after it saves.
- Works with the Google Calendar you have, or one we set up for you.
Around the appointment
Before, during, and after.
A reminder the day before, a calm answer when someone is late, and a thank-you after. Each one short, each one in your voice.

You see everything
It’s your number and your phone. Nothing is hidden.
Every conversation shows up in Messages on your own iPhone as it happens, because it is your account. Read along, jump in whenever you like, and the assistant works with you instead of around you.
- It learns from you. Tell it what you would have said and it adjusts, from day one and every day after.
- Text a customer yourself any time. It treats your word as the final one.
- Money, complaints, and odd requests come to you, with the customer already acknowledged.
- A short summary every evening: what was booked, what moved, what needs you.
Sounds like you
Short, warm, and human. Never a form letter.
One idea per message. Two sentences, three at most. Your salon’s words, your prices, a different sign-off each time. It knows when to stop and hand the conversation to you.

The rules it lives by
What it will never do.
Never invent an opening
It checks the calendar before offering any time, every time.
Never say “booked” early
The appointment is on the calendar before the customer hears it is.
Never quote a price that isn’t on your menu
Same answer for every customer, every day.
Never touch money
Refunds, deposits owed, and fees are yours to decide. It states policy; it does not negotiate it.
Never change an appointment without a yes
Reschedules are confirmed in writing before anything moves.
Never hide a conversation from you
It is your number. Everything is in your Messages app.
15-minute demo
See it answer your salon’s texts.
Tell us a little about your salon. We reply within one business day and set up a short walkthrough on your phone or ours.
