AI concierge for nail and hair salons
Your salon’s texts, answered.
Replies to your customers in seconds, books them into your calendar, remembers them, and sends the reminders. From the number they already text.
- Your existing number
- Books into Google Calendar
- iMessage where supported
- You see every text
Blush & Bloom Nails ›
A demonstration with a fictional salon. The conversation plays as it would on a customer’s phone.
01
Never miss a booking
Answers and books at 9 PM on a Saturday, on Sunday, and while every chair is full. Customers get a reply in seconds, not when someone has a free hand.
02
Books straight into your calendar
Real openings, the right duration for the service, the right tech for the job. Reschedules and cancellations too, with nothing changed until the customer agrees.
03
Knows your regulars
Greets returning customers by name, remembers their usual tech, service, and color, and offers “same as last time” before they ask.
How it works
Set up once. Answered every day.
- 1
Teach it your salon
One sitting with you: services, durations, prices, hours, who does what, your policies, and how you like to talk to customers. We set it up; you don’t touch software.
- 2
Customers text like they always have
Same number, same Messages app on their phone. iMessage where supported, regular texts otherwise. Nothing to download, no link to tap.
- 3
It answers and books
It checks real openings, offers two or three, books on a yes, and confirms in one short message. Prices come straight from your menu, the same every time.
- 4
You stay in charge
It goes live right away under your supervision and learns from you. Tell it what you would have said and it adjusts. Jump into any thread yourself any time; it steps aside and picks back up.
Knows your regulars
“Same as last time?” actually works.
It recognizes the number, remembers the tech, the service, the color, and the shape, and offers the usual before the customer has to spell it out. New preferences it hears get remembered for next time.

Google Calendar
Real openings. Right tech. Right length.
One calendar per technician. The assistant knows a gel manicure takes 45 minutes and a full set takes 75, who does full sets and who doesn’t, and that a manicure and pedicure can run side by side. It offers only what is actually open, then books it.
- Reschedules and cancellations handled in the same conversation.
- Nothing changes on the calendar until the customer says yes.
- Every change is verified after it saves.
- Works with the Google Calendar you have, or one we set up for you.

You see everything
It’s your number and your phone. Nothing is hidden.
Every conversation shows up in Messages on your own iPhone as it happens, because it is your account. Read along, jump in whenever you like, and the assistant works with you instead of around you.
- It learns from you. Tell it what you would have said and it adjusts, from day one and every day after.
- Text a customer yourself any time. It treats your word as the final one.
- Money, complaints, and odd requests come to you, with the customer already acknowledged.
- A short summary every evening: what was booked, what moved, what needs you.
Sounds like you
Short, warm, and human. Never a form letter.
One idea per message. Two sentences, three at most. Your salon’s words, your prices, a different sign-off each time. It knows when to stop and hand the conversation to you.
Not this
Thank you for reaching out to Blush & Bloom Nails! We would be delighted to assist you with scheduling. Our available appointment slots for a gel manicure service on Saturday are as follows…
This
Hi Jess! Linh has 12:45 or 2:30 Saturday. Want one of those?
Not this

This
You’re on the books. We’ll text a reminder Friday.
What it handles
The texts that interrupt your day, handled.
Questions
“Do you do dip?” “Open Sunday?” “How much is a gel full set?” Answered from your menu and hours, the same every time.
Booking
Finds real openings for the service and tech, offers two or three, books on a yes.
Reschedule and cancel
Moves the appointment in the same conversation and confirms. Your late-notice policy is yours to apply.
Confirmations and reminders
A confirmation when they book, a reminder the day before, a thank-you after.
Running late, running behind
“Running 10 late” is acknowledged and the tech is told. When you are behind, the customer hears before they arrive.
Two friends, one time
A manicure and pedicure side by side, or two people at once, when the techs are free.
Photos
A design photo goes to the right tech with a note; the tech confirms the price and time.
Knows when to stop
Refunds, complaints, and anything unusual come to you, with a kind acknowledgment already sent.

Questions
The questions every owner asks first.
Do my customers need a new app or a new number?
No. They text the number on your sign, in the Messages app they already use. iPhone customers see blue bubbles where iMessage is supported; everyone else gets regular texts.
Can it use our existing phone number?
That is how it is designed, and how we run it on our own business. We confirm your number, your phone, and your carrier setup in the first conversation before promising anything.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. One calendar per technician. If you already keep your book in Google Calendar we connect to it. If you book on paper or in another app, we set up Google Calendars for you and show you how to read them.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It tells the customer you will follow up, and tells you. It never invents an opening, a price, or a wait time. Refunds, complaints, and anything unusual always come to you.
